Welcome to Gimme! By using our website and placing an order at www.studiogimme.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements concluded through our webshop www.studiogimme.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Products and Availability
- We offer a changing range of clothing and accessories.
- All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color and shape may occur.
- We reserve the right to modify or remove products from our assortment without prior notice.
- If you have received a free product with your order, you must return the free product as well if you return the full order.
4. Ordering and Payment
- An order is considered final once we have sent an order confirmation by email.
- Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods on our webshop, such as iDEAL, Credit Card, Klarna, PayPal, etc.
- All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Return shipments are at your own expense unless stated otherwise.
- When returning an order, the customer is required to ship the package at their own expense with a valid track & trace code and to keep this code carefully. If a return does not arrive at our warehouse, the customer can use the track & trace information to contact the carrier for further details. Gimme is not responsible for lost return shipments; the customer bears the risk and responsibility until the package has been received at our warehouse.
- Sale items and personalized products can be returned.
- Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
7. Warranty and Complaints
- We guarantee that our products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
- Should a product arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via info@studiogimme.com, including photos of the issue.
- Complaints will be handled within 5 business days.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products.
- We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties, such as shipping carriers.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data is processed according to our privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
- We do not share personal data with third parties unless necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping partners).
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
- Any disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Gelderland.
